Short, specific messages get the fastest replies. When you write in, it helps to include:

• The URL of the page or chart you're asking about.
• The browser and operating system you're using, if something is not working.
• A screenshot or a copy of the share link for rendering issues.
• For guide corrections: a quote of the passage you think is wrong, plus the correction.
