These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the makepiechart.com website and the pie chart maker, templates, guides and embed endpoints that it offers (collectively, "the Service"). 3. Your content

The labels, values, titles and styling you enter into the pie chart maker ("Your Content") belong to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, Your Content is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers. When you export a chart or generate a shareable URL, you are responsible for the data contained in it and for how you distribute it.

4. Our intellectual property

The Service as a whole — including the site design, written guides, code, templates, logos, and the makepiechart.com name — is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and belongs to makepiechart.com and its licensors. Unless otherwise stated, you may:

• Use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes.
• Export and share charts you create.
